INGREDIENTS :
- 9-10 dates
- 1 tsp. Tamarind
- 2 tsp. roasted and powdered cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. roasted and powdered coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. jaggery, powdered
- Salt according to taste
Serve with: Usually served with masala puri, chat, etc.
METHOD : De-seed the dates and blend along with other ingredients into a smooth paste.
