Corn Bhel


  • I cup whole corn
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Few black olives
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2/4 tsp salt


  • Cut potatoes into small cubes
  • In a flat pan saut?e the onions and tomatoes for a few minutes
  • Mix corn, potatoes, chilly, coriander, lemon juice, sugar and salt
  • Cook for a few minutes
  • Serve on a dish
  • Garnish with tomatoes, black olives and coriander.
