Ingredients:
- I cup whole corn
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Few black olives
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Cut potatoes into small cubes
- In a flat pan saut?e the onions and tomatoes for a few minutes
- Mix corn, potatoes, chilly, coriander, lemon juice, sugar and salt
- Cook for a few minutes
- Serve on a dish
- Garnish with tomatoes, black olives and coriander.
