For Coating :

  • Paneer
  • Green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp.. Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp.. Maida
  • 1 tbsp.. Corn flour
  • Salt
  • White pepper powder
  • Oil for frying

For the Sauce :

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Spring onions
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic,finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp.. Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp.. Cornflour mixed with water
  • 2 green chilies finely Chopped
  • Salt according to taste
  • White pepper powder A pinch

METHOD : Cut the paneer in cubes or triangles and then sprinkle maida (all purpose flour, plain flour), cornflour, finely chopped green chilies, pepper powder and Soya sauce and mix well. Fry the paneer pieces in hot oil and put the pieces on tissue paper, so as it absorbs the oil. For the sauce, heat oil in a pan, add the spring onions and garlic pieces and fry for sometime, then add the green chilies. Pour Soya sauce, pepper powder, salt according to taste. Add some water in the pan and once it starts boiling, add cornflour paste and paneer pieces and cook for a few minutes. Remove from the fire and serve hot
