INGREDIENTS :
- ? tsp. Black Pepper
- 6 nos. Cashews (chopped coarsely)
- ? tsp. Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp. Garlic (paste)
- 1 tsp. Ginger (paste)
- 1 no. Onion (sliced)
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- 2 nos. Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- 4 bunches Fenugreek Leaves (cleaned and blanched)
- 1 cup Rice (basmati) (boiled)
METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, cashews, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and fry for a few seconds. Add onions and fry for a 2-3 minutes. Add the blanched methi leaves and fry for a few seconds. Mix in the rice and add salt and pepper. Just before serving garnish with grated cheese.
