Ingredients
- Channa dal 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander little
- Green chillies 2
- Curds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 4
- Mustard 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 4 – 5
Method
- Dry roast channa dal and cool. Repeat the process with green chillies and cool.
- Blend channa dal, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, garlic with water to a thick coarse chutney in mixie.
- Heat a tea spoon of oil, add pinch of asafoetida, curry leaves and mustard. Add this to the chutney and serve.
Add curd and mix well.
