Dal chutney 1Ingredients

  • Channa dal 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander little

  • Green chillies 2

  • Curds 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic 4

  • Mustard 1/4 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

    Curry leaves 4 – 5

Method

  • Dry roast channa dal and cool. Repeat the process with green chillies and cool.
  • Blend channa dal, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, garlic with water to a thick coarse chutney in mixie.
  • Add curd and mix well.

  • Heat a tea spoon of oil, add pinch of asafoetida, curry leaves and mustard. Add this to the chutney and serve.
