- One pineapple
- One onion
- A pinch of salt
- Two table spoons of sugar
- Lemon or vinegar
- Olive oil
- Garnish with coriander
- Cut the pineapple into cubes
- Slice up the onion and chilly
- Put the pineapple cubes, sliced onions and chilly into the bowl
- Add sugar, salt, pepper, lemon or vinegar and a tea spoon of olive oil.Mix it all together.
- Put in a freezer for 15 minutes if you prefer it cold.
- Your pineapple salad is ready to eat.
