• Paneer : 200 gms, cut into small cubes
  • Gram flour : ? cup
  • Salt : 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  • Amchur Powder : 1 tsp
  • Ajwain : ? tsp
  • Oil


Mix the flour, ? tsp salt in 1 cup water. Mix the chilly powder, amchur powder, salt and ajwain. Dip the paneer pieces into the batter. Deep fry the paneer pieces in oil. Roll them into the prepared masala mixture. Put a toothpicks and serve hot.
