Getting started with the Ingredients
- Flour
- 1 bunch chopped Fenugreek leaves (methi)
- 4 Green chilies, minced
- 1 tbsp. Coriander leaves
- 1 Tomato medium, diced
- 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
- Salt
- 1tbsp Ghee/Oil
The Actual Cooking
Cook methi (fenugreek) with all the ingredients until dry and remove from the fire. When the mixture cools add the flour with enough of water to form stiff dough. Divide this dough into small balls and roll each ball into a shape of a chapati, apply Ghee(clarified butter) liberally on the uppermost side of chapati and then seal the edges giving it the form of a ball, again roll out this ball in a form of a thick paratha. Fry it like a paratha applying Ghee(clarified butter)/oil.
