- Rice 1 cup;
- Mixed vegetables finely chopped 1 cup;
- Yohurt (dahi) hung for 2 hours 1 cup,
- Salt to taste,
- ghee 1 tbsp,
- Mustard seed ? tsp,
- Curry leaves (Kadhi Patta) 4-5.
Boil the rice, drain the water and keep aside. Boil the vegetables till tender drain and mix with the boiled rice. Keep aside to cool. Add the yoghurt and salt, mix gently. Heat the ghee in a kadhai. Add mustard and curry leaves. When they splutter add rice mixture. Saute for 2 minutes and serve warm.
