In our side tomato sauce is famous, like that in north alu ras is famous.
- Potato: 1/4 Kgs
- Onion: 2
- Coriander: 1 tea spoon
- Green ginger: 1 piece
- Cloves: 2
- Cinamom: few
- Green chillies: 4-5
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 spoon
- Oil: 6 spoon
- Mustard: 1/2 spoon
- Salt: to taste
- Wast the potato in water, boil and remove the coat and cut into small pieces.
- Along with onion, cumin seed and green ginger and then masala powders to be mixed and grinded nicely.
- Mustard seeds, roasted oil and the grinded masala products to be mixed.
- Churn for 4-5 minutes ,add potato pieces and mix well.
- turn off the flame after these are baked.
As we use chutney, this mixture should also be used.
