• 2 cups chopped coriander
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp. Curd
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • A pinch of Amchur (mango powder) powder
  • Salt and chilies according to taste

METHOD : Mix all the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add a little water if necessary.
