Bundiyar Payesh Recipe


  • Bundiya 200 gms
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar to taste
  • Rosewater to taste


  • Boil milk on low flame, stirring continuous for 15 mins
  • Add the bundiya and sugar if required. Boil for 5 mins
  • Remove from flame and cool-spring rosewater-chill and serve.
