INGREDIENTS :
- Bhindi (Ladies fingers) : cut round pieces
- Onion : 1, cut lengthwise
- Tomato : 4, chopped finely
- Coriander : chopped
- Chilly powder
- Coriander Powder
- Turmeric powder
- Garam masala powder
- Salt
- Oil
METHOD :
Heat oil, fry onions till brown and crispy and take it out. Then fry the Bhindi(okra) till they get cooked stirring occasionally. In the same oil add few mustard seed and then add the chopped tomatoes. Let them cook till really soft. Then add all the masala powder and mix well. Cook till the oil separates. Now add the fried bindi. Mix both the masala and bindi well. Garnish with the fried onions and coriander.
