I am a 50 year old bisexual man. When I have sex with a man, I am not able to climax. With a woman I can cum, but it takes a very long time. Some men would love this to happen to them but I get tired trying. Is there anything that I can do?
Some people have a very difficult time reaching orgasm. Your ability to reach climax can be effected by several factors — both physical and psychological. Medications, depression and anxiety, discomfort or concern over sexual orientation and sexuality can all play a role. For example, if you are uncomfortable having sex with men or women you might find it difficult to have an orgasm. Do you have trouble climaxing when you are alone? If not, there might be psychological reasons behind your difficulty. Try stimulating yourself when you are with your partner, and have your partner finish you off. This may help you reach climax easier and earlier. As you get more comfortable you may find that it gets easier to climax. If your difficulty persists you might consider speaking with a urologist to be sure that nothing else is wrong. Good luck.
