- Papaya 1 cup
 - Finely chopped celery 1/2 cup
 - Lettuce leaves 10
 - Corn flakes 1/2 cup
 - For the dressing
 
- Low fat hung curd 1/4 cup
 - Lemon peel 1 tbsp
 - Basil few leaves
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 
- In a bowl put papaya, celery, lettuce leaves, and mix well.
 - Chill the mixture for a while.
 - In another bowl put hung curd, lemon peel, basil or tulsi leaves and mix well.
 - Just before serving add the dressing, garnish with corn flakes and serve.
