Peel, cut and pressure cook till 1 whistle

  • Potatoes, Carrots,
  • Cauliflower, cabbage,
  • Beans, Peas
  • Onions : 2, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes : 2, finely chopped

Lime : 1

Grind all this together

  • Coconut(2 tbsp)
  • Khus-khus
  • Green Chilies(5)
  • Ginger(1?)
  • Garlic(3-4)
  • Cloves(2)
  • Cinnamon(little)
  • Onion(little)
  • Cashew nuts(handful)
  • Coriander leaves(few)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

METHOD : Chop vegetable, boil them and keep aside. Heat oil, add the whole garam masala add onions. Fry till light brown. Then add the tomatoes, cook till they turn soft and now add the ground masala. Add turmeric powder, little sugar and salt. Fry well and then add the cooked vegetables. Stir and serve hot.
