Boppai Halwa(Papaya Halwa)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Ripe boppai gratings
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Ghee
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsps Elachi powder
- 50 gms Kaju
- 50 gms Kishmis
- A pinch Saffron colour
Method:
Cook boppai gratings mixing with sugar and little water . While boiling ,add safron and ghee. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan. Add elachi powder and kishmis. Pour in a greased plate cut into neat pieces and garnish with kaju.
