- 2 ice cubes
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup cold water
PREPARATION
Place the ice cubes in a blender or food processor with a metal blade. Pulse until crushed. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
