INGREDIENTS :
- ? cup Cilantro (chopped)
- ? cup Coconut (freshly grated)
- 1 cup Peanuts (roasted and coarse ground)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 3 nos. Tomato (large, ripe and firm)
- 1 tbsp. Lime juice
METHOD : Chop the tomatoes into med size pieces. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
