Ingredients:
- 500gms chicken
To Saute and Puree
- 2 Tsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cardamon
- bit mace
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tomatoes
For Gravy
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp red chilllies pd
- 1 tbsp coriander pd
- 1/4 tsp haldi pd
- 1 tsp jeera pd
- 1 tsp Garam masala pd
- 1 tbsp cashewnut paste
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp kasori methi
- ?salt to taste
- 1 tsp honey
- coriander leaves chopped
- 1tsp butter to garnish.
METHOD
1.Heat oil n butter in a pan , add the onions , fry till transparent, and then add cardamom, mace, and chopped garlic. when garlic is roasted, add tomatoes. When soft , turn off the heat, cool it and puree it.
2. Again heat butter in a cooker body , add the chopped ginger , garlic chillies and saute. Add the chillipd , haldi pd and ano all spices and saute for few minutes till raw smell disappears.
3 Then add the tomato puree and bring it to a boil.
4. Add the chicken pieces and salt , cream . mix well . sprinkle kasuri methi and cook for 1 whistle and sim for 5 minutes.
5.When the pressure is released , transfer in a serving bowl , garnish with butter and coriander leaves .
Serve hot with ghee rice .
