INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups Cabbage (chopped)
- ? cup Coconut (grated)
- Ginger (small piece)
- 2 tbsps. Peanuts (powdered)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 nos. Green Chilies (small)
- ? tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsps. Lime juice
METHOD :
Mix chopped cabbage, grated coconut, peanut powder and lemon juice. Heat oil, put in small pieces of chillies, chopped ginger and turmeric. Mix the seasoning with the cabbage mixture just before serving. Add the salt to taste
