APPLE CRISP

  • 4 med apples
  • ? C flour
  • ? C rolled oats
  • ? C wheat germ
  • ? C brown sugar
  • ? tsp cinnamon
  • ? tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 C margarine

Slice cored apples into ? inch thick pieces and spread evenly into a baking dish. Combine the dry ingredients and cut in ? cup soft margarine to make a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over the apples and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. Apple crisp is done when juice is bubbling on the sides and topping is golden brown.
